OUR SMALL FINE TEAM

ELIAH

The founder
with the crazy ideas

As soon as he sees a piece of white paper, he is driven to deflower it with a sketch. Visualizing ideas is just as powerful for him as the leaves pushing out of the branches in spring.

Even during his school days, he not only scribbled caricatures of his teachers, but was also allowed to design team logos for school competitions and for his swimming club. Even during his time at university, he was able to bring successful design orders to his desk. Audi and KPMG have given his work a positive review and rewarded it with follow-up orders.

During the day at Sixt, at night and on the weekends young poets. Eliah worked for Procter & Gamble for a long time and used his marketing skills there, learning to build brands like Gillette, Pampers and Oral-B from scratch and to perform them across prominent channels such as TV, digital media, print products and even supermarket shelves. The cooperation with FC Bayern Munich was also under his direction. Since summer 2022 he has been looking after Sixt's brand and advertising campaigns.

For several years now, his passion has led him to the creative marketing of wine products. His first wine collection, designed with striking eye-catching labels, was sold with great success in the highly competitive retail sector. Reworking design solutions that match the product and its history so that they are integrated into the existing range - but are also perceived as a novelty - is always an exciting challenge for him.

How could you taste a good sauce when cooking if you haven't already activated your receptors with a balanced wine? Even the greatest protagonists of the cooking spoon guild can be seen with a spoon in one hand and a wine glass in the other. Eliah also loves spontaneous experimental cooking and Jamie Oliver is his pope. Even before he looked in the fridge, he had decanted the right wine. This was probably the initial spark for his company young poets. Good wines for good food. Good labels with information for the consumer.

His development work led him on many interesting paths into the world of wine and its often mysterious makers. The result is new insights and new friends. Winemaker Victoria Lergenmüller from the southern Palatinate, Christoph Kern from Swabia and Simona Maier, who lives in the northern Baden wine region, are inspiring oenologists for him. He describes every conversation with them as a real enrichment - a benefit for him personally and especially for the young poets company.

Let’s see where the journey takes us.

HERMANN

ze German, Dad,
Angel Investor & Copywriter

Some play with aromas - HzeG loves playing with words. He often borrows terms from the world of sport and mythology and cheekily and unexpectedly incorporates them into text blocks where you would never expect them. Formerly a kitchen designer at Miele, he loves and lives cooking, culinary arts and wine. According to Goethe: 'Anyone who is no longer a child has long since died', he helps young poets to bring life with his copywriting skills.

He also likes to use edgy terms to make punch lines, often at the limits of what is acceptable, but then he catches himself again and finds peace in a textbook ending. When you're 70 years old, you can allow yourself provocative liberties. You can also find short poems and limericks by him here.

A sample: If the master class writer tenses up, he chews the pen into a paste mass.

OUR VALUES

TEAMWORK

With our wines we want to prove how excellent products can be achieved with professional passion and a lot of energy. Production - marketing - sales - trade - consumer - they are all linked together like a chain. Success is evident to everyone when people work with trust, openness and mutual support: Teamwork is what makes the dream work! - John C.Maxwell

DIVERSITY & EQUALITY

Tolerance and diversity are also a credo of our company. With winemaker Simona Maier, we have gained a team member who is transgender. With her support, we can work even harder for equality and acceptance. We want to pass something on to enable equal opportunities despite all differences. That is why we are proud to be able to support the Stiftung Lesen. It is committed to ensuring that all children can learn to read.

HANG LOOSE

Easy going – working and having happy and contented times. It is not for nothing that our little wine poet shows in our logo - "hang loose"! His casual gesture is meant to remind us to take things seriously, but not always too seriously. Fun and joy are an important prerequisite for strong results. Strong results mean a better quality of life.

GOOD WINE & GOOD VIBES

We stand for "good wines - good vibes" - we want to increase the value of your leisure time with our wine products. Live with fun, and if you enjoy what you do, it usually doesn't matter what the outcome is: We support the common message of the WINE in MODERATION initiative supported by the European wine industry. The initiative is a voluntary contribution to the European Commission's strategy to reduce alcohol-related harm. Drink responsibly!

We are here for you,

young poets.
